Suchan Says: Hot Wednesday… Any Evening Storms

After a round of scattered thunderstorms started the day in northern Missouri and they have since moved north into Iowa during the day.  Hot sunshine dominates the viewing area right now as temperatures continue to climb.

The only zone worth watching this evening for possible storms is in extreme northern Missouri near the Iowa border.  There’s an outside chance a couple of storms could sneak into our far northern counties and ” if ” they do, there’s a chance they would be severe.

Forecast Track keeps storms away from the area this evening.... STILL, I'll be monitoring trends

Otherwise, better chances for widespread storms will arrive late day tomorrow with chances for strong to severe storms producing large hail, damaging wind gusts and frequent lightning along with torrential rain.
