Hallie’s Hints: Rain and Snow Move Out, Cold Moves In!

The large system that brought rain and even snow to portions of the Midwest is now pushing off to the east and will eventually take the cloud cover with it as well. We are done with any threat of rain or snow today.

Dust off the heavy jacket this morning… you’re going to need it! Wow! It’s chilly out there! Here’s a look at temperatures this morning at around 6 am!

That’s not even the worst of it! When you factor in a gusty northwest wind between 15 and 25 mph, it’s feeling more like this! Bundle up!

Even with sunshine this afternoon, temperatures will struggle to warm up!

The good news is warmer weather is right around the corner with more sunshine expected Sunday afternoon, highs will reach into the mid to upper 40s. We’ll be back into the 50s and even lower 60s for the work week. Enjoy!

Selfie with Santa! Tis the season! A big thank you to the city of Overland Park for inviting me to help light the tree last night with the Mayor and Santa!
