Hallie’s Hints: Chilly Chiefs Sunday

Hope you enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL weather we saw on Saturday. Seriously, does it get much better? We hit 43 degrees at the airport yesterday afternoon with wall to wall sunshine! Today, won’t be nearly as nice but considering it’s January… we know it could be A LOT worse!

Bundle up this morning, even though we don’t have much wind… we still have wind chills in the teens.

We have clouds up to the north and clouds to the south. The clouds up to the north will drift through our skies today. Overall you can expect a mostly sunny to partly sunny feel to the day.

Headed to the Chiefs game? Layer up! It’s going to be a chilly one!

Looking ahead to your work week. Highs on Monday will remain in the upper 30s but by Tuesday we’ll be climbing into the 40s and that’s where we’ll stay for the remainder of the work week.

Our rain chances increase Wednesday through the first part of the weekend. At this time, all precipitation looks to remain in liquid form with the exception of Saturday morning we could see a transition over to snow. Considering this is almost an entire week away a lot can change between now and then, but this will be our next weather system that we’ll be watching!

Have a GREAT Sunday and GO CHIEFS!
