Suchan Says: Tracking Rain Chances

A large storm is impacting the middle of the country but the overall flow pattern across the country is extremely unfavorable in allowing this system to move east into our area.  The end result, we squeeze in a pretty nice weekend before thinking about a solid chance of rain moving in!

So over the weekend, the shield of rain will only slowly migrate east.  I wouldn’t rule out a sprinkle or shower scraping into our western counties by late Sunday but the bulk of our rain chance will move in Monday.

ForecastTrack

Saturday: Variably cloudy over our area. Rain likely off to the west

ForecastTrack2

Sunday: Variably cloudy again, warm & breezy. Showers and thunder creeping closer to our area

ForecastTrack3

Monday: Chance of showers or thunderstorms
