Suchan Says: Starting To Dry Out

Rain

Two day rainfall totals

After a couple of soggy days with beneficial spring rain across the region, we now enter a drier stretch of days where rain chances are slight and reduced to a few sprinkles.

Given all the recent rain, conditions late tonight may be supportive of a few patches of fog into sunrise.  Lows in the mid 40s.

Skies late morning to early afternoon are mostly cloudy with a few breaks of sun.  There’s also a slight chance of a couple sprinkles in the area.  By mid to late afternoon, skies are trending toward mostly to partly sunny conditions and temperatures warm to near 66.

ForecastTrack

Morning: Partly cloudy with a few areas of fog possible

ForecastTrack2

Early Afternoon: Mostly cloudy with a few sprinkles possible

ForecastTrack3

Early Evening: Partly sunny and nice!

Thursday has some sun along with increasing patchy clouds later in the day.  Highs in the upper 60s.  By Thursday evening into the first half of Friday, a couple sprinkles or a isolated rain shower are possible.  But we are not talking widespread soaking rain like we just saw to be sure!

Temperatures by the weekend push into the 70s getting closer to where we should be in mid to late May!  Much of next week looks near to slightly above normal with temperatures but also brings back the risk for a few thunderstorms.
