Suchan Says: Strong Start to June

The overall weather pattern the next 7 days will be a sustained reversal from recent weeks where we would only catch an occasional dry day between multiple days of scattered storms.  While not completely rain-free over the next week, rain chances will be very much on the lower side.

Thursday looks great and is almost a carbon copy of Wednesday.

Friday also looks just as nice.  There is a slight rain chance in far southern sections but most of the area will enjoy a fair amount of sunshine and a day in the lower to even mid 80s once again.

Saturday will bring a weak cold front across the viewing area with just enough moisture in place to scrape together a few widely scattered showers or thunderstorms.  I have the chance of rain at 20% for now.  Temperatures will reach the lower to mid 80s followed by slightly cooler temperatures and sunshine Sunday behind the “cool front”.

Signs point toward the first 90-degree day ahead later next week as the pattern shifts towards a bit more heat and humidity.
