Teachman’s Take: Quiet Sunshine

Talk about it being a beautiful day!  Temperatures are comfortable this morning in the upper 50s and lower 60s.  This afternoon, highs will once again climb into the lower 80s.

Right now, we’re not expecting any major warm ups nor cool downs for the next few days — Temperatures will stay close to where they should be for early June.  Sunshiny skies will prevail for Friday.  Friday night, after midnight, a line of showers and thunderstorms will arrive into northwest Missouri and NE Kansas.  These will quickly sweep east overnight.  New thunderstorm development is possible Saturday afternoon along and south of a line from Garnett to Butler to Clinton  Highs over the weekend will be in the upper 70s and lower 80s.

Take care,
