Suchan Says: Severe T-Storm Watch

Severe

Strong to severe storms are possible across the southern half of the area through midnight before moving south and out of the area.  Primary risks remain strong wind gusts, large hail and frequent lightning.

Areas further north from Kansas City are in a much less favorable environment for severe storms and quite frankly, any storms north of I-70 would be very isolated in coverage through midnight.

All storms move out of the area shortly after midnight with no additional storms to impact the region through Friday’s sunrise.
