Teachman’s Take: Talk About A Comfy Start!

For this to be nearly the end of July, what a treat for our temps to start this nice!

Heading into afternoon, it will be mostly sunny, warm and humid.  Winds will be light from the northeast in the morning and switch to the southeast by afternoon.  Highs will stay near normal in the upper 80s.

A few more clouds are expected by Wednesday.  Temperatures will be warm again just shy of 90.  Showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday night and into Thursday.  Right now, chances for severe storms looks low, but a storm with brief gusty winds and hail cannot be ruled out.  Temperatures back off to the middle 80s Thursday and with a slight rain chance by Friday.  The weekend won’t be completely dry.  Most of Saturdays looks quiet with storms possible by early Sunday.  Temperatures over the weekend stay in the upper 80s.  Next week, highs heat back up into the 90s.

Take care,
