Today will be another hot, hazy and humid day. Temperatures are expected to heat up into the middle 90s once again. With higher levels of humidity, heat indices will climb to around 105 during peak heating hours this afternoon. There is a slim chance for an afternoon pop-up shower or storm.
Even toastier going into Thursday at 95. This day will be the last of the 90s for a while. There is a slim rain risk for a pop-up shower or storm during the afternoon on Thursday. Much better rain chances along with heat relief arrive by Friday. Scattered showers and storms are likely during the day with highs knocked back down into the middle 80s. Rain should depart the area early Saturday, giving us a beautiful and comfortable weekend. Highs will stay in the middle 80s and overnight lows will be nice in the middle 60s.
