***Heat Advisory In Effect Until 8 PM Thursday***
Thursday will be another toasty one! But, the good news is that today will be the last hot one for a while! Highs will top out in the upper 90s with heat indices approaching 110 during the afternoon. There is a slight chance for a shower or storm.
And it’s back to school today for many districts!
Overnight, our rain chances go up as a cold front heads this way. Not only will this give us scattered showers and thunderstorms into parts of Friday, it will also lower our temperatures! Highs will fall into the middle 80s Friday through much of next week. Any rain should taper off by Friday evening. Saturday and Sunday will both be comfortable and relaxing days with lower humidity. Next week, sunshine dominates Monday through Wednesday as temps gradually warm back into the upper 80s.
