Williams’s Wrap: Rain and Relief On The Way!

Thursday has been a hot day with highs in the upper 90s for much of the area.  We’ll remain dry as we head into the evening but it will be very muggy before a cold front brings rain and relief our way.

Radar2

Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas will be the first to see showers/t-storms shortly before 12am.  After 12am, showers/t-storms ahead of the front will push through the Metro and surrounding areas.  There’s a chance for a few lingering pockets of rain through at least half of Friday.  Temperatures will still be warm but much more comfortable.  Highs finally meet some resistance and only make it into the mid/upper 80s with mostly cloudy skies.
