Teachman’s Take: Heating Back Up

Sunshine has returned for most of Tuesday.  Temperatures will start nice in the middle 60s, but warm into the upper 80s through the afternoon.  There is a slim chance for a late morning through early afternoon shower along the Missouri/Iowa state line.

Overnight, a few additional showers or a random rumble are possible north of I-70.  Any rain should taper long before sunrise on Wednesday.  Wednesday and Thursday will both be a couple of toasty days in the lower 90s.

By Friday, unsettled skies take over which means showers and thunderstorms are possible.  Temps will drop into the middle 80s.  Some of this rain will linger into Saturday morning.  Highs over the weekend will be comfortable in the upper 70s and lower 80s.  The overnight lows will be refreshing near 60.  Temperatures don’t warm much heading into next week.  With sunshine dominating, highs will stay in the lower 80s Monday and Tuesday.

Take care,
