Storms will linger through the Wednesday morning commute. Some storms could produce brief heavy downpours and frequent lightning. While an isolated shower cannot be ruled out, overall skies will turn drier by the afternoon with highs in the lower 70s. Clouds will dominate. Winds will be light from the northeast at 5 to 10 MPH.
Our rain chances are still looking widespread and promising for Thursday and Friday. Both show a healthy 60-70% probability of precipitation. Some rain could be heavy either day. Highs will be in the middle to upper 70s. Once the system clears by Saturday morning, overnight temperatures will feel like fall in the 50s. We’ll remain on this sweet roll through the weekend with sunshiny skies and highs in the upper 70s. Next chance for rain is targeted for next Tuesday.
