Teachman’s Take: Summer’s Visit Today

We’re going to have a lot more sunshine for your Tuesday.  Temps start fall-like in the middle 50s and keep warming to the middle 70s during the afternoon.  Winds will be breezy from the south at 10 to 15 MPH.
Showers and thunderstorms are likely Wednesday.  Our severe threat looks rather limited during the day.  Our best window for storms on Wednesday will be in the morning through early afternoon with skies drying out by evening.  Temperatures will make a bit of a drop into the 50s.  There will be some patchy FROST early Thursday morning as temperatures dip into the 30s.  Most of Thursday during the day will be quiet and cool with highs in the lower 60s.  Late Thursday and into Friday morning, more showers and thunderstorms are likely.  The chance for severe storms looks low at this time.  As we enter the weekend, temperatures swing back to the warmer side in the middle to upper 70s.  We’ll even be in the middle 80s by next Monday.
Take care,
