Monday will start with low cloudiness and a few areas of fog too if breezes are light enough. This in response to warm, more humid air trying to overtake the residual pool of cool air leftover from Sunday. Low clouds and fog can often develop in this scenario.
By late morning to early afternoon we should see a rapid decrease in clouds with sunshine breaking loose across the area. Winds will strengthen from the south around 15 – 20mph with gusts near or over 25mph.
Temperatures will range from the lower 70s up north to near 80 down south by late afternoon.
Tuesday is a partly sunny, warm day in the mid to upper 70s and is then followed by lower 70s with increasing clouds Wednesday. Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms are likely Wednesday as the next system passes through the area. I do not expect severe storms but a few with small hail are possible.
