Teachman’s Take: Milder Thursday

After a frosty start in the 30s, winds will turn warmer this afternoon with mostly sunny skies in the upper 60s.

Slightly cooler air returns Friday into Saturday.  Here is what to expect for outdoor Veterans Day ceremonies:
We’re forecasting another batch of frost Saturday morning with temps bottoming out in the lower and middle 30s.  Over the weekend, Saturday will be the coolest in the 50s with the 60s back on Sunday.  Next week looks unseasonably warm with quiet and sunny skies Monday through Wednesday.  Highs by mid-week will return to the 70s.  Rain and cooler temperatures are on the way toward the end of the work week, Thursday into Friday.
EARLY HEADS UP:  Once that system passes, MUCH COLDER air will settle in and by the morning of Saturday, November 19, we will have our HARD FREEZE.  Oak mite bite sufferers can’t wait for this day to come soon enough!
Take care,
