Teachman’s Take: Roller Coaster Ride Of Temps
The work week kicks off with clear skies and chilly temperatures. Out the door this morning, temps will be in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Winds will be from the north today and keep our highs in the middle 60s.
Sunshine dominates Tuesday and Wednesday as temperatures start to heat up! Highs on Tuesday will be near 70. We will easily make the 70s both Wednesday and Thursday. Clouds will increase during the day Thursday — a sign of a powerful storm system taking aim at us. While a shower, possibly a thunderstorm is possible on Friday, the BIGGER story will be the massive drop in temperatures. We’ll start in the upper 50s Friday and fall into the 30s by the evening. Saturday and Sunday look cool with highs in the 40s. Overnight lows next weekend will be in the 20s, effectively killing the growing season across the entire Storm Track 5 viewing area.
