Williams’s Wrap: From Cold To Colder

Thickening clouds between Monday morning and Monday afternoon kept Kansas City cold, highs around the area were right around freezing and probably could’ve gotten higher with a little more sun. Temperatures during the evening will fall into the 20s and we’ll wake up to low 20s/upper teens Tuesday morning.
So Tuesday will start cold, and highs will be a few degrees colder than Monday. You can thank a late-night cold front and a switch to northerly winds for the temperature drop. Much of the work week remains cold until we get to Friday, that’s when we’ll see our next set of big changes. Mainly in the form of warming temperatures and the chance for wintry weather.
