Williams’s Wrap: Not As Cold & Not As Much Sun

After a brief dip into the single digits, most of us see an improvement in morning temperatures while starting in the teens Sunday. Expect cloudy skies through much of the morning but we’ll be able to get some breaks of sun by the afternoon. Also, Satellite and Radar and Live Power Doppler are trying to pick up on some light flakes on top of us. They’re more than likely having trouble reaching the ground and there are currently no reports of any precipitation.
Our warming trend will continue to verify as highs reach the low 30s. Some areas will be slightly warmer or cooler. But in general, warmer than days past.
Patchy clouds continue to filter into the region Monday as highs reach the low 40s. A chance for a few sprinkles will move in late Monday and continue through Tuesday. Highs Tuesday top out around the upper 40s/low 50s. As we enjoy a break from the cold, late-week wintry weather will be right around the corner.
