Suchan Says: January Thaw Continues

Above normal temperatures roll on as we inch closer to the weekend.  Unfortunately stubborn clouds dominate the next couple of days.

We will see a batch of cloudiness build in overnight and tend to lower through the night.  Eventually a little drizzle or even light rain showers are possible.  Temperatures however should remain safely above freezing in the upper 30s to near 40.  Roads should not be icy for the early drive but could certainly be wet in spots for your morning commute.

Through the day, a blanket of stratus clouds will dominate with a few sprinkles, mist or even a couple rain showers.  Highs in the 40s to lower 50s across the area.

Friday has considerable cloudiness as well in the forecast with a few sprinkles or a rain shower possible.  Highs are working toward the mid 50s as a mild pattern continues to dominate.

As I see it now, Saturday has the best opportunity at decent breaks of sun mixed with scattered clouds.  Temperatures should also get a nice boost into the upper 50s.
