Teachman’s Take: Dreary Day, but Mild!
Cloudy skies with spotty showers and areas of fog will linger through today. Not expecting anything heavy nor enough to cause major slow downs for the AM commute. And, temperatures will be above freezing, so we don’t have to worry about any freezing rain/fog. Temps this afternoon will be mild in the 50s. More spotty showers are possible, and even a rumble of thunder east of KC.
We’re going to see more clouds over sunshine heading into the weekend. There’s another spotty chance for a shower late Friday. Saturday looks dry with highs remaining in the 50s. Next best chance for rain will be Sunday, but the trends right now are for the system to shift slightly to our south. Highs by Sunday dip into the 40s.
