Teachman’s Take: Coats To Short Sleeves Today

After a cold start just below freezing, today will turn out to be a beautiful day!

Temps this afternoon will be in the upper 50s and some locations especially southwest of the metro could feel highs as warm as the lower 60s!  There will be plenty of sunshine with winds from the south/southwest at 5 to 15 MPH.

Temps going into Tuesday will be slightly cooler, but still mild for this time of year.  Winds will switch direction and as we keep this northerly wind, temps will be dropping even more heading into Wednesday.  Highs for Wednesday will be knocked back down into the 40s with the 30s close behind for Thursday.  Temps in the 30s stick around through the weekend.  While the work week looks dry offering up lots of sunshine, the clouds return on Friday.  A system will pass by to our south on Saturday which could bring a little snow and/or rain to our region.  Right now, it looks like it will be a fast moving system Saturday night.

Take care,

Teach
