Winter will remain in place all day. Temps this morning will be in the teens headed for highs in the upper 30s. At least we’ll see a little more sunshine today as the day goes on! After single digit wind chills this morning, it will still feel raw in the 20s through afternoon.
Temps will start to rise after midnight. Temps keep climbing into the lower to mid-60s Friday afternoon. Winds will also intensify from the southwest at 20 to 25 MPH. I wouldn’t recommend burning of any kind on Friday — it’s just too dry. Winds slacken on Saturday with unseasonably warm temperatures in the mid-60s. A cold front arrives on Sunday to drop our temps. There is also a slim chance for a shower, but most places will stay dry.
