Teachman’s Take: What A Beauty Today!

Temperatures have had a chilly start today with most locations bottoming out in the 30s.

It will be mostly sunny all day with light winds from the north/northwest at 5 to 10 MPH.

The majority of Wednesday looks dry with winds picking up.  Toward evening, I can’t rule out a shower or an isolated storm.  Our chance is only at 10%, so pretty low with areas targeted closer to the MO/IA state line.

Unsettled skies will be the main flavor for many days, including Thursday through next Tuesday.  It won’t be raining all the time and I’m not expecting a weekend washout at this point.  Thursday morning looks quiet, but storms will start to arrive by late afternoon and evening.  Friday morning looks wet with drier conditions as the day goes on.

Best bets for rain on Saturday will be west of I-35 by afternoon with widespread showers & thunderstorms for Sunday morning.  Unfortunately, outdoor Easter eggs hunts look wet!

Take care,

Teach
