Teachman’s Take: Damp Days Ahead

It’s a cold start with temps dipping into the 30s as one batch of clouds departs.

Even though the morning starts off with quite a bit of sunshine, it won’t stay this way.  Clouds will increase this afternoon.  Showers are likely after 5 PM.

We won’t be able to warm up much by afternoon — only to 60.

Rain showers are likely Friday morning, north of I-70.

The evening still looks dry.  Highs will be in the lower 60s.  Over the weekend, rain plagues both days.  I’m seeing a small window of dry skies for early outdoor plans on Saturday.  But, as the morning goes on, it becomes soggy.  This rain will linger into Sunday.  We could get away with a few hours midday Sunday where it’s just cloudy.  I tell you what, it’s just not looking great for spending any long stretches of time outdoors.  Temps will be unseasonably cool in the 50s.  Sunshine returns next Monday before a few more showers arrive during the Tuesday through Thursday time frame.  Highs next week will be hovering in the 60s.

Take care,

Teach
