Teachman’s Take: It’s Raining…AGAIN!
May 3, 2017

It’s a rainy morning.  The heaviest is tracking south of I-70 where it will stay for the rest of the morning.

A couple of Flash Flood Warnings have been issued for Benton & St. Clair counties in red until 11:45 AM.  This is where 1″ – 2″ has fallen over soggy ground.

By the lunch hour, the intensity of this rain will drop as it shifts east.  Light rain continues early this afternoon with spotty showers through evening.

Winds will be breezy from the southeast switching to the northeast at 10 to 20 MPH.  Temps will only warm to 53 this afternoon.

Can’t rule out a shower on Thursday, but most places will be dry.  Temps will rebound into the upper 60s.  Sunshiny over the weekend with highs in the 70s.  Early next week there is a quick passing chance for a shower Monday, otherwise, dry skies will continue.  Next week we’ll warm to near 80.
Take care,
Teach
