Teachman’s Take: Sunshine, Our Dear Friend Is Back!
May 4, 2017

Partly cloudy to mostly sunny this morning.  It’s a chilly start!  Temps will fall to the upper 30s and lower 40s.  Winds will start to pick up toward the lunch hour.  Even with winds from the NW at 10 to 25 MPH, gusting to 30, we will be in the lower 60s by noon.  Pleasant this afternoon with a high of 67.  There is a 10% chance for a quick passing sprinkle or brief shower between 2 and 7 PM.

Lots of sunshine’s on the way!  Beautiful Friday through the weekend.  Temps Friday are in the lower 70s.  You can count on the upper 70s Saturday and Sunday.

Monday’s rain chance right now isn’t looking as impressive as it was yesterday.  I took our chance down to a 10% mainly for the morning.  We’ll warm back into the lower 80s Monday and Tuesday.  A strong storm system enters the Plains Wednesday and Thursday.  Greatest storm threat for Wednesday stays to our west.  Thursday and Friday morning could turn damp once again for us.

Take care,

Teach
