Williams’s Wrap: High Heat & Cooling Storms

The work week starts HOT as upper 80s look likely in the area with a few 90s scattered across the region. Monday could be the hottest day of the year. Kansas City is expecting a high of 88. The hottest day this year (so far) reached 87 on 3/19. We’ll more than likely get close to a 76 year old record only to fall short.

After Monday, highs start to cool back down as a disturbance begins to spin up unsettled skies in the region. Rain/t-storm chances look pretty isolated until we get to Friday. That’s when we’ll really notice a cool down.
