Williams’s Wrap: Welcome to August

During the early morning hours, patchy fog developed but will dissipate as the sun rises. Temperatures to start the month of August will continue our cooler than normal trend, highs reach the low/mid 80s.

A few sprinkles are possible across our southernmost and easternmost counties through the morning. Then the possibility of a shower or rumble of thunder during the afternoon, this chance includes the KC Metro.

The evening stays dry and leads into a warmer Wednesday with highs in the mid/upper 80s. Another chance for a pop shower will be confined mainly to the afternoon hours. Temperatures start to fall again Thursday with a few showers/storms, severe weather doesn’t look likely.
